Terms
What this site is, what the published product data covers, and the warranty the data sheets carry.
What this site is
This site is for information. Arcusstone products are sold only through distributors.
Published product data means the data sheets on the Resources page.
The published warranty
Conformance to published specifications at the time of shipment, and nothing further.
- Arcusstone Stonecoat data sheet
- “ArcusStone Products LLC warrants that at the time of product shipment it will be in conformance with current published specifications.”
- Arcus Plaster, Marblecoat and Lime Plaster data sheets
- “ArcusStone, LLC warrants that at the time of product shipment it will be in conformance with current published specifications for said product.”
- The full system
- Every guarantee covers the full Arcusstone system — primer, finish and sealer together, all Arcusstone products. A third-party primer or sealer voids it.
Safety data sheets
The safety data sheets carry their own disclaimer: the information is given in good faith, no warranty, express or implied, is made as to its accuracy, and the company disclaims liability for harmful effects of exposure.
The Stonecoat safety data sheet names crystalline silica and requires customers and users to comply with the health and safety laws that cover it.
