About Arcusstone

Five bagged finishes made out of crushed limestone and marble, and two liquids — seven products, manufactured in the United States and sold through distributors.

Arcusstone limestone finishes and lime plasters were developed for people who prefer the beauty and durability of stone and traditional plaster.

Who it was built for

Those projects called for elegance, durability and the timeless appeal of natural stone.

Combined with carvings and manufactured products, Arcusstone field-applied limestone coatings let a specifier create a unified look for new construction or remodelling.

A blend of traditional and modern technique lets skilled Arcusstone applicators create stone installations in a range of finished looks, natural colours and textures.

Training and support

The most important component of a good job is the skilled applicator, who must know the techniques for each decorative finish.

Applicator training

The basic application of Arcusstone coatings is essentially the same as other trowelled plaster products. The finishing process is not.

Hands-on workshops are scheduled as needed for those interested in becoming trained applicators.

Where it began

Founded in 1995 by U.S.-based designers, applicators and craftsmen, Arcusstone drew on the European artisans who restored historic stone with crushed limestone, and built a trowel-applied formula for American construction requirements: more durability, more strength. Every product is made in pursuit of The Art of Limestone™.
